WOONSOCKET – As was predicted, the state-appointed Budget Commission Monday approved Mayor Lisa Baldelli-Hunt's plan to bring back full-day kindergarten, but it was far from a unanimous decision with commission member and City Council President Albert G. Brien the only member of the panel to vote against it.
