Doris Y. (DeRosier) Rotatori

NORTH SMITHFIELD - Doris Y. (DeRosier) Rotatori, 87, of No. Smithfield, formerly of Woonsocket, died Sunday, July 6, 2014 in the St. Antoine Residence, No. Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Alfred R. Rotatori. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of Charles and Yvonne (Bourgeois) DeRosier.
Doris was an advertising agent for AT Cross for fifteen years, retiring in 1984. She was previously a telephone operator for New England Telephone for 20 years. Doris was the past president of the Women's Sodality at St. Anthony's Church and a founding member of the Virgolibra Club.
She leaves two sons, Richard Rotatori and his wife Lisa of Franklin, MA and Reid Rotatori and his wife Anne of West Warwick; two daughters, Lisa-Marie Martineau of Providence and Mary-Jill Patuto of Northglenn, CO; nine grandchildren, Beth Ann, Laura Lynn, Ross, Carly, Margo, Seth, Max, Zachary and Harrison; and two great grandsons, Miles and Max.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, July 10, 2014 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in St. Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Ave., No. Smithfield. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Wednesday from 6-8 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. The family requests that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions may be made to St. Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Ave., No. Smithfield RI 02896.
