WOONSOCKET - Constance J. Auclair, 86, of Mendon Road, Woonsocket died Saturday, November 20, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Isaac J. Auclair.
Born April 16, 1924 in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Albert J. and Alvonia (Riendeau) Gallant. She was a lifelong resident of Woonsocket and a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter, Suzanne J. and her husband E. Richard Cote of Lecanto, FL, four sons, Richard J. and his wife Evelyn Auclair, Marc G. and his wife Marlene Auclair and Marcel L. and his wife Denise Auclair of Woonsocket, and Paul A. Auclair of North Kingstown, fifteen grandchildren and twin great granddaughters. She was the sister of the late Norman, Robert and Bernard Gallant.
Funeral arrangements will be private. A remembrance mass for Isaac and Constance Auclair will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Avenue in Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Avenue, North Smithfield, RI 02896.
