WOONSOCKET - Russell R. Moison, 55, of Fairmount Street, died July 8, 2014 in his home. He was the husband of the late Helen J. (Parenteau) Moison. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Lucille (Legare) Moison of Woonsocket and the late Rene
Moison.
He worked as a real estate agent for Fontaine Real Estate, Woonsocket. Russell served in the United States Army and was a member of the Italian Workingmen's Club, the Cercle Laurier, and V.F.W. Post 85 here in Woonsocket, he also belonged to the Rhode Island Realtors Association.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his son, Adam Moison of Woonsocket; two brothers, Richard Moison of West Warwick, and Michael Moison and his wife Paula of Woonsocket; three grandchildren, Kiera, Logan and Shawn Moison and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Monday July 14, 2014 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Precious Blood Church, 94 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Road, Bellingham, MA. Calling hours are Sunday from 2-5 PM.
