BURRILLVILLE – Pam Glennon probably won’t be eating beans and rice for a while.
After winning an Emmy for her work as a freelance television producer, Glennon expects to be busier than ever.
The 29-year-old Nasonville native won TV’s equivalent of the Oscar for “America’s Only Royal Palace.” It was a historical and cultural profile of Hawaii she produced for a 2013 series dubbed “Castles of the Ages,” carried by the cable network AWE, formerly known as Wealth TV.
“It’s really exciting and really an honor,” Glennon said during a phone interview from her home in Newport Beach, Calif. “And it’s certainly good for the resume.”
