Carl D. Brissette Sr.

BURRILLVILLE- Carl D. Brissette Sr., 59, of Johnston, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010 peacefully at home with his family by his side.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Gertrude (Fontenault) Brissette of Burrillville and the late Roland Brissette.
Formerly of Burrillville, Carl worked at Zambarano Hospital for many years and also worked at various construction jobs and on fishing boats. He served in the Army from 1970-1976 and is a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He loved fishing, hunting and being outdoors.
He is survived by his son, Carl D. Brissette Jr. and his wife Nicole of Johnston, two grandchildren, William and Victoria, two sisters, Christine Wagner of Millbury, MA and Charlotte Desautels of Harrisville, and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held on Friday, Dec 3, 2010 at 9:30 am in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave, Pascoag with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave, Pascoag with Military Honors to follow. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm in the funeral home.
