Berthe A. Gagne

WARWICK- Berthe A. Gagne 96, formerly of Farm St. Blackstone, died Monday at Greenwood Nursing Home in Warwick. Wife of the late Raymond A. Gagne Sr.
Mrs. Gagne was born in Montmagny, P. Q., Canada a daughter of the late Alexandre and Caroline (Bernier) Chabot. She was a textile worker for many years in several area textile mills.
Mrs. Gagne is survived by two sons, Raymond A. Gagne Jr. of Pikeville, TN and Paul A. Gagne of Warwick, a daughter Elizabeth M. Cribbin of Cumberland, a brother Joseph Chabot of Woonsocket, a sister Regina Headrick of Sanford, FL and one granddaughter Alexandra. She was also the sister of the late Caroline Lamoureux, Louis Chabot, Gertrude Gautreau, and Rachel Duhamel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 10:00 AM in St. Theresa's Church, Rathbun St. Blackstone, MA. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home.
