WOONSOCKET- Dorothy J. Carr 78, of Patton Rd. died Sunday at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late James H. Carr.
Mrs. Carr was born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Warchal) Klucznik.
She worked as a cashier and clerk for Stop and Shop Supermarkets for many years before retiring over seven years ago. Dorothy enjoyed playing cards at the Senior Center.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Carr of Woonsocket, and Robert Carr of Cumberland, a daughter Deborah Carr of Burrillville, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:00 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St.
