WOONSOCKET- Rolande M. (LaFleur) Branchaud, 72, of Caron Avenue, Woonsocket, died last Friday in Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket.
Born in St. Ours, Quebec, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and Irene M. (Girouard) Lafleur. She has been a Woonsocket resident since 1976.
Mrs. Branchaud was the Owner of the Beef Barn in North Smithfield for forty years.
She was a Communicant of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church.
She is survived by her two children Marc Branchaud and his wife Leslie, Michelle Christie and her husband Joseph and her two grandchildren whom she adored, Sarah and Matthew Christie all of North Smithfield, her sisters Jacqueline Cola of Pensacola, FL, and Monique Naida of Davidsonville, MD.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 11 am in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Avenue, Woonsocket. Arrangements under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket. Calling hours are omitted.
