WOONSOCKET- Rose M. Kamer, 72, of Dulude Ave. died Sunday, January 16, 2011, at Landmark Medical Center with her family by her side.
She was the wife of the late Leon G. Kamer.
Born in Bellingham, daughter of the late Baheg Doura, and Josephine (Assolina) Doura -Foisy.
She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant, for Mt. St. Rita Health Center, for 10 years and was Owner and Operator of T&D's Market, for several years.
She enjoyed listening to the Jack Rivers Doowop Show and Joey's Jukebox.
She is survived by two daughters, Debra A. and husband Randy Aubin of Woonsocket, Tammy M and Ronald Landry, of Uxbridge. Two grandchildren Kyle and Travis Landry.
Three brothers, Mario Coiffi, of Providence, John Doura of North Smithfield, Nicholas Doura of Franklin, Mass. Five sisters, Jamille "Dolly" Maloof of Boston, Carol Gonzalas, of Texas, Nina Forget, of North Smithfield, Jeannette Gurwitz, and Marie Fernandes, both of Woonsocket. And a Special Friend William Oesterle.
She was also the sister of the late Sonny, Fred, and Norman Doura, Doris Moran, and Elizabeth Laferrier.
Her funeral and burial are private. The S.DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket. At the request of the family in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Woonsocket Dialysis Center, 2100 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, in her memory.
