Luis Cruz, of Woonsocket, who’s all bundled up against the frigid cold Saturday morning, can see his own breath as he waits for the bus on Main Street to take him to a friend’s house in Pawtucket. The forecast doesn’t get any better, with more frigid air expected Sunday and Monday, with daytime temperatures only reaching the upper teens.
