PAWTUCKET- Jennifer A. Charpentier, 37, of Anthony Ave., Pawtucket, died Thursday, January 20, 2011 at home.
Born in Woonsocket, she is survived by two sons, Andrew and Kyle and her former spouse, Todd Charpentier, all of North Smithfield.
She was the daughter of Carol A. (Leclair) and Craig Cook and Gerard Lachance and his wife Joyce, all of Woonsocket. She is also survived by her brother, Douglas M. Lachance and his wife Mary of Providence.
Ms. Charpentier was an EMT that worked for several Ambulance Companies, most recently for New England Ambulance Service. She was a loving mother and a caring person to many.
Her funeral service will be held Friday, January 28, 2011 at 10AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham, MA. Calling hours are Thursday from 1-3 PM and 6-8 PM.
