BURRILLVILLE- Lillian T. Goudreau, 76, resident of Harrisville, passed away February 25, 2011 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence.
Loving wife to the late Larry A. Goudreau.
She was born in New York, a daughter of the late Ozias & Elmire (deVaudreuil) Plante.
Lillian was a registered nurse for the Friendly Home in Woonsocket for fifteen years, retiring in 1995; previously she worked many years for the former Woonsocket Hospital. A graduate of Burrillville High School Class of 1952, she graduated from the former Milford Hospital School of Nursing in 1955. She was an avid Patriots fan. A resident of Nasonville for many years formerly of Woonsocket.
She is survived by, two sons Marc J. of Webster MA , and Richard J. Goudreau of Harrisville, two daughters, Dianne Farias of Bristol and Elaine Goudreau of Bristol and five grandchildren, Jessica Goudreau, Adam Goudreau, Michelle Farias, Nicole Goudreau, and John Farias.
A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday at 11:30am in St. Theresa's Church in Nasonville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center 1085 N. Main St. Providence RI 02901. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4pm until 7pm in the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. No. Smithfield.
