WOONSOCKET- Pauline A. Hampson 72, went home peacefully to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family March 11, 2011. She was the wife of Thomas W. Hampson. .
Pauline was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Paul and Alice (Beaudoin) Michaud.
She worked in the laundry department at Oakland Grove Health Care Center before retiring twelve years ago and had previously worked for Ocean State News in Lincoln.
She is survived by two sons Kenneth Bonin of Port Orange, FL and Kevin Bonin of Cattaraugus, NY, three daughters Karen Desjardins and Kathy Bonin both of Woonsocket, and Kim Shaw of N. Smithfield, a step daughter Kimberly Hampson of Woonsocket, twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Paul Plasse and Lucienne Allaire.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM.
