WOONSOCKET- Robert E. Provencal Sr. of Grandview Ave. passed away on March 21, 2011 at Landmark Medical Ctr., he was the loving husband of Bonnie (Marshall) Provencal.
Born Jan. 22, 1948 in Woonsocket he was the son of Rita (Landry) Provencal of Woonsocket and the late Ernest Provencal.
Robert was a manager at various restaurants throughout the country and in this area. He proudly served 3 tours of duty during the Vietnam era while in the US Marines. He enjoyed researching various items on his computer and his favorite pastime was traveling and just spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Besides his wife and mother he leaves a son Robert E. Provencal Jr. of Visalia, CA., a daughter Rebecca L. Tietsworth of Indianapolis, Indiana, 2 Stepchildren Tera & Jessica Fruth of Visalia, CA., a brother Roland Provencal of Cumberland, RI & a sister Lorraine Dowdy of Las Vegas, NV., also 3 Grandchildren, Trevor, Tyler & Alexander. He was the father of the late Raymond L. Provencal.
Relatives & Friends are invited to visitation hours on Thursday (This eve, March 24th) from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave. Woonsocket. His Funeral & Burial will be Private.
