WOONSOCKET- Ms. Linda A. Dubois, 61, of Park Ave., Woonsocket, died April 5, 2011 at Oakland Grove Health Care Center.
Born Dec. 19, 1949 in Woonsocket, a daughter of Omer and Lillian (Morin) Dubois of Blackstone, MA.
Linda worked as an aid where she really enjoyed her clients for the Homefront Health Care of Woonsocket, she was a professional waitress which took up most of her life for the former Moons Restaurant in Cumberland, the former Eldorado Restaurant in Woonsocket and also worked for the former Woonsocket Brush for 38 years.
Linda was a member of the Woonsocket Elks Lodge where she played in a pitch leagues at the Elks and Michaels. She also liked to dance at various establishments such as Crickets and Chocolate Tini with a Side Car with friends.
Besides her parents, she is survived by a brother, David Dubois of Walpole, NH; two sisters, Dale Payette of Woonsocket, Sandra Dubois of Blackstone and a nephew Jason Delannoy of Blackstone
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 10 am in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will be held privately for the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket.
