Marion E. Hall
WOONSOCKET- Marion E. Hall, 86, of Woonsocket, former Sister of St. Joseph (Sister Mary Alicine), passed away on February 23, 2011 at Oakland Grove Health Center.
Born in Woonsocket on October 24, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Pryor W. and Bertha (Chapman) Hall and sister of the late John Pryor Hall and Sgt. Francis T. Hall.
She is survived by her sister-in law Margaret K. Hall (Labadie) of Ashland, Ma, and eight nieces and nephews. Miss Hall lived in Woonsocket the past forty years formerly of Quincy, MA. A graduate from Sacred Heart High School in Weymouth, MA. Miss Hall was a Retired Elementary School Principal and Teacher, Acting Principal at the Globe School in Woonsocket. Also she was an Assistant Principal in West Warwick and Principal in Hopkinton, RI.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, April 30, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM at St. Theresa Church, 630 Rathbun St., Blackstone, MA. Interment will follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, 700 West St., Braintree, MA. Donations in memory of Marion E. Hall may be sent to St. Theresa Church, 630 Rathbun St., Blackstone, MA 01504.
