BURRILLVILLE- Gerard M. McGee, 67, resident of North Smithfield passed away at his residence, on April 21, 2011.
Loving husband of Linda (Lorenz) McGee.
Born in Woonsocket RI, a son of Doris (Caron) McGee and the late Maurice McGee.
Gerard was a grocery manager for the former Almac's Supermarket Co. for many years, until its closing, and then he went to work at the Hess Co. He was a Navy veteran of Vietnam War. He enjoyed deep sea fishing.
Besides his wife he survived by his children, daughter Lisa Long of Hammonton NJ., and son James McGee of Rancho Santa Margarita CA., five grandchildren, Sean, Mackenzie, Olivia, Emily, and Megan, brother, Kenneth McGee and three sisters, Suzanne Boucher, Helene Tancrede, and Janice Burke.
Funeral services and burial will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted the Keene-Brown Funeral in North Smithfield RI.
