BELLINGHAM- Audrey Y. (Chick) Lake, of Pulaski Blvd. passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, April 10th She was the loving wife of Arthur Locke.
Born July 12, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Virgue A. & Kitty (Wasylean) Chick, she resided in Bellingham most of her life and was also a resident of Maine.
Besides her husband she leaves 3 daughters Roya, Roxanne, & Zarrin also 2 stepbrothers Gary & William Chick. Along with eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Relatives & Friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Saturday, April 30th at 2:00 P.M. in the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave. Woonsocket A visitation hour will be one hour before the service from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the VNA & Hospice Care of Greater Milford 37 Birch St. Milford, MA. 01757.
