WOONSOCKET- Mrs. Louise L. (Berard) LaFerriere, 64, resident of Woonsocket, died May 1, 2011 at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of Robert W. Belhumeur.
Born Aug. 7, 1946 in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Philip and Alice (Vincent) Berard, Sr. She was a lifelong city resident.
Louise was a homemaker.
She enjoyed spending her time with her grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Frank Berard of England and Roger LaFerriere of Woonsocket; three daughters, Tina Pare of Cumberland, Cindy and Tracy LaFerriere both of Woonsocket; two brothers, Philip E. Berard, Jr and Richard Berard of Woonsocket; three sisters, Lorraine Patrice of Florida, Lillian Corriveau Berard of Greenville, Lucille Johnson and 14 grandchildren
She was the sister of the late Edward Berard.
Committal prayers will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. Arrangements are entrusted to the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
