CHEPACHET - Marjorie J. Gobeille, 83, resident of Chepachet, passed away May 5, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Fidalis & Marjorie (Murphy) Villard.
Marjorie worked as an assembler for the Polytop Co. for twenty five years. She was a resident of Chepachet for the last ten years; previously she lived in North Smithfield and Milton MA.
She is survived by her loving family, children, William J. Gobeille of Chepachet with whom she lived, Dale F. Gobeille of Duncan SC, and Marjorie D. Beaubien of Cumberland, grandchildren, Christine Beaubien, Sarah Beaubien Doyle, Catherine Beaubien, and Daniel Gobeille, great grandchildren Aidan and Alannah Doyle.
She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Penelope Villard, brothers, Edward, William and James Villard, sisters, Virgina Donahue and Joan Pickup.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10am in St. Johns Church 63 Church St. Slatersville RI. Burial in Milton Cemetery in Milton MA will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Home & Hospice Care of RI 1085 N. Main St. Providence RI 02904. Calling hours will be held Tuesday evening in the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. North Smithfield from 6pm until 8pm.
