Margarita L. Quinto

LINCOLN- Margarita L. Quinto, 94, died Tuesday at The Holiday Retirement Home, Manville. She was the beloved wife of the late Severino Quinto MD.
Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Vicente and Paula (Vinluan) DeLeon. She came to this country in 1982 settling in Lincoln.
She was a communicant of St. James Church, Manville and was an accomplished pianist.
She leaves seven children, Cecilia Llamas, MD and her husband Ramon Llamas MD of Lincoln; Zenaida Dolor and her husband Deofredo of Tampa, FL; Susan Polvorosa of New York City; Renato Quinto and his wife Benediccion of Las Vegas, NV; Evangeline Bontogon of New Jersey; Efren Quinto MD and his wife Eileen of New York City and Marissa Rodriguez and her husband Rolando of Lincoln; and one sister Carmen Santa Maria of Las Vegas. Mrs. Quinto also leaves 15 grandchildren, Cristina Rabayda, Ramon T. Llamas, John Llamas, Maria Alexander, Cynthia Rabbah, Albert Polvorosa, Gladys Quinto, Paolo Quinto, Jaiden Quinto, Carlo Quinto, Christopher Quinto, Gregory Quinto, Ashley Quinto, Lisa Rodriguez and David Rodriguez. Eight great grandchildren, Cecilia Rabayda, Michael Rabayda, Margarita Llamas, James Llamas, Alexandra Llamas, Peter Llamas, Maricel Alexander and Henry Alexander. She was the mother of the late Amando Quinto. She was also predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rt. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. James Church, Manville. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Friday from 4 to 8 pm. Directions/guestbook:
