NORTH SMITHFIELD- Lucy S. (Lund) Fisher, 87, formerly of Mowry Ave., died Thursday, May 12, 2011 in Oakland Grove Health Care Center.
Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late William and Edith (Kendrick) Lund.
Mrs. Fisher was a Secretary for North Smithfield High School for nineteen years before retiring in 1988.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol J. Ryback of Johnston, two sons, James K. Fisher of Douglas, MA, and John H. Fisher of Seminole, FL, a brother Robert Lund of Reseda, CA, two sisters, Marion Butler of Jacksonville FL and Kathleen Hofgren of Tequesta, FL, six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Frank, George, and William Lund and Doris DePotter.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, May 15, 2011 from 4 - 7PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. All other arrangements are private.
