WOONSOCKET- Doris T. (Therien) Lamontagne 84, of Woonsocket, died Tuesday in the Oakland Grove Health Center. She was the wife of the late George Lamontagne.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Aime and Lydia (Pelletier) Therien.
Mrs. Lamontagne was a seamstress and floor manager for the former Finklestein's Co. and was a supervisor for the Woonsocket Suit and Coat Co., retiring in 1981.
She is survived by a son Ronald Lamontagne and his wife Eve, of Henderson NV, a daughter Denise Cabral and her husband Alan of Pascoag, four grandchildren; Ronald Lamontagne and his wife Maria, Jason Gauthier, Christopher Gauthier and his wife Shannon, and Davina Gauthier, two step granddaughters; Sara and Caitlin Cabral, three great grandchildren; Julianna, Aidan, and Ian, one step great granddaughter, Emerson and a sister Estelle Therien.
A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to: St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1942.
