WOONSOCKET- Eugene Dufault 86, of Morton St. died Thursday at Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Woonsocket a son of the late Wilfred and Clara (Rousseau) Dufault.
Mr. Dufault was a card tender for the former French Worsted Co. for many years. He was a WWII Army Air Force veteran, and an avid fisherman and hunter. Mr. Dufault loved to walk, and did so every day for the past thirteen years accompanied by his sister along the streets of Woonsocket.
He is survived by five sisters, Rita Almeida of Manville, Jeannette Lavallee, Georgette Lebon, Pauline Cotnoir and her husband Paul, and Yvette Dufault, and a sister-in-law Therese Dufault all of Woonsocket, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements under the directions of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home are private.
