WOONSOCKET- Jeffrey J. Sartini, 46, of Woonsocket, died Friday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of 22 years of Sherry Hawes.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late James H. and Vivian C. (Bell) Sartini. He was a lifelong resident of Woonsocket.
Mr. Sartini attended Woonsocket schools and was employed at Friends Foundry in Woonsocket for over 20 years.
Jeff loved the outdoors and working around his yard. He had a special talent as a handyman and would always give of his time and expertise to family and friends in need.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son Michael J. Hawes and a daughter Sonya Buffington, both of Woonsocket, and two grandchildren Brian and Mackenzie Hayes. He was the brother of Debra Dumas of Woonsocket and the late Richard J. Sartini.
Funeral services are private. Arrangements are by the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket.
