BURRILLVILLE- Shirley Ann Beattie (Ogni), 72, a lifelong resident of Burrillville, RI, passed away on July 14, 2011, at Saint Antoine Residence in North Smithfield, surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her partner Dorothy Sliney of Mapleville, daughters, Carol Beattie of New Bern, NC, Linda Mc Kinley of Pawtucket, and Kym Demers of Oakland, also survived by her 8 grand children and 15 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Beattie worked for Health Tex and retired from Dave's Marketplace in Greenville, RI. Shirley was a longtime member of the Rhode Island Mobile Home Association.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10 am in Our Lady of Good Help, 1063 Victory Highway, Mapleville. Visitation Tuesday 4-7pm in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Burrillville.
