SARASOTA, FLORIDA- Arlene E. Klazer 66 of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Punta Gorda, Florida died on July 14, 2011 in Sarasota, Florida.
She was born on November 21, 1944 in Uxbridge, Massachusetts to Raymond Lulu and Stella Podeski Lulu.
Arlene was a beauty consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years. She was a member of the Polish -American Society of St. Petersburg. Florida. Past member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte, Florida, and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Sarasota, Florida.
Survivors include her daughter, Lauri A. Klazer of Miami, Florida and her son, Michael P. (Rachael) Klazer of Auburndale, Florida; her 2 sisters, Francis (Peter) Chunis of Millbury, Massachusetts and Eleanor (James) Wood of Uxbridge, Massachusetts; her 2 brothers, Joseph (Carol) Lulu of Sutton, Massachusetts and Robert (Susan) Lulu of Worcester, Massachusetts. Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Pearce Klazer who died on April 27, 2002.
Visitation Friday, July 22, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a scripture service at 7:00 p.m. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Punta Gorda, Florida.
