Lillian L. LeBon

Lillian L. LeBon 87, died Thursday, July 28th at the Northeast Florida Community Hospice in Jacksonville, FL. She was the wife of the late Narcisse LeBon.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Rose (Lamothe) Lemire.
Mrs. LeBon lived most of her life in Woonsocket before moving to Florida in 2007. She worked as a waitress for the former Embassy Club Restaurant for many years and had also worked in textiles for the former French Worsted Co. Lillian loved to crochet and spent many hours crocheting baby bonnets and clothes that she donated to hospitals, shelters for abused women and children, and the Linus Program for new born babies, as well as blankets that she donated to veteran's hospitals.
She is survived by a daughter Louise Smith and her husband Philip of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, two sons Dennis LeBon and his wife Diane of Port St. Lucie FL, and Paul W. LeBon of Dallas, TX, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by two sons Robert R. LeBon and Ronald D. LeBon, a brother Joseph Lemire and sister Laura Lemire.
A committal service will be held Wednesday, August 3rd at 11:00AM in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery Chapel in Bellingham, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations to Feed My Sheep Kitchen, All Saints Parish, Rathbun St. Woonsocket RI ,in her memory would be appreciated. Please visit
