NASONVILLE- Gerard J. Poulin, 56, resident of Nasonville, died July 29, 2011 at home. He was the husband of the late Darleen M. (Veins) Poulin.
Born March 12, 1955 in Woonsocket, a son of the late Charles and Yvonne (Cazeault) Poulin. Gerard was a Burrillville Resident most of his life.
Gerard worked as a mechanic tech for A & M Compressed Air of Uxbridge. He was a former security guard for Woonsocket Hospital.
He was a member of St. Josephs Veterans an avid fisherman, enjoyed sports but most of all was the time spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his two daughters, Jessica A. Paglia of Manville and Sara Steere of Harrisville; a grandchildren, Alex and Darleen Paglia; a brother, Charles Poulin of Millville and a goddaughter, Trisha Kinnel.
A service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am inside the Egidio DiPardo & Sons Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery, Slatersville. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5-8pm.
