NORTH SMITHFIELD- Dolores R. Jalette, 82, of Victory Highway, died Wednesday August 3, 2011 in the Ballou Home after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Richard J. Jalette.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of the late Louie and Josephine (Forget) Lavallee.
Mrs Jalette was a Homemaker.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Senior Citizens and Royal Travelers.
She is survived by two sons, Raymond O. Jalette, of Woonsocket, and Richard W. Jalette, of Mapleville. Three daughters, Rita D. and husband Robert Rousseau, of Woonsocket, Lorraine P. and husband Marcel Laliberte, of Woonsocket, and Suzanne L. and husband Elmer Arnold, of North Smithfield, R.I. Six grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Norman R. Jalette and sister of the late, Roger, Lucien, Louie, and Lionel Lavallee, also Irene Lavoie, and Loretta Salsman.
Her funeral will be held Saturday August 6, 2011 at 10 A.M. from the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket With a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 A.M, in All Saints Church, Rathbun St., Woonsocket. Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours are Friday 4-8 P.M.
