NO. PROVIDENCE- Michael E. Makowski Jr., resident of No. Providence died August 16, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at Hopkins Manor.
Born in Webster MA, loving son of Mary (Boisvert) Makowski and the late Michael E. Makowski Sr.
Michael worked for the former Arc of Northern RI, in Woonsocket. He enjoyed being with his loving family and close friends. He enjoyed sports.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Wayne, Ernest both of Uxbridge MA, and Gregory Makowski of W. Hartland CT, a sister, Cynthia Marchand of Pascoag RI, godchild, Nickolas Adekomaya. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his friends, Richard Bonte, and Denis and Sue Guilbeault.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10am in St. Joan of Arc Church Mendon Rd. Cumberland. Burial will be held in Resurrection Cemetery also in Cumberland. Calling hours and flowers are omitted. Arrangements are entrusted to the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. No. Smithfield.
