LINCOLN - Anna M. (Sudol) Swiski, 91, of Franklin Street died Monday, August 22, 2011 at Grandview Center, Cumberland. She was the wife of the late Alexander Swiski.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late John and Agnes (Hetel) Sudol, she had lived in Cumberland for 27 years before moving to Lincoln 17 years ago.
Mrs. Swiski was a secretary at the former Woonsocket Institution for Savings and later Eastland Bank for 10 years. She also was a substitute teacher at Our Lady of Consolation Parochial School and in the Woonsocket School system.
She was a 1971 graduate of the URI Continuing Education for Women and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Delta Pi.
She was a member of the Lincoln Manor Association and St. Joseph's Seniors.
She is survived by two daughters, Frances A. Donovan and her husband, Eugene of Walpole, MA and Carol J. Zagrodny and her husband, Robert of Lincoln; one sister, Theresa Brodeur and one brother, Frank Sudol, both of Woonsocket; two grandchildren, Scott and Kay Zagrodny; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Anthony, Stanley and Joseph Sudol, Amelia Kotwica and Stasia Sudol.
Her funeral will be held THURSDAY, AUGUST 25 at 9 A.M. from BELLOWS-FALSO FUNERAL CHAPEL, 160 River Road, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Jude's Church, 301 Front Street, Lincoln. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
