BURRILLVILLE- Marie "Rose" Larochelle, 82, resident of Pascoag, died August 29, 2011 at Bayberry Commons Health Center.
She was the wife of the late Normand Larochelle who served in WWII.
Born in Woonsocket RI, a daughter of the late Joseph & Aldea (Hamel) Roberge.
Rose worked for the AT Cross Co. for four years retiring in 1991; previously she worked for the former Tuppeware Co. for 37 years. A resident of Pascoag, formerly she lived in Glendale (Spring Lake) where she lived most of her life. A member of the Bradford Court Tennant Association and former member of the Pascoag Council #383 Knights of Columbus Womens auxiliary.
She is survived by daughter, Diane Larochelle of CT. formerly of Danvers MA, a son Paul and his wife Carol Larochelle of Glendale RI, grandchildren, Christine, and Thomas Janatsch, Kris, David, Scott, and Brian Larochelle and also survived by great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Maurice Larochelle, and sister of the late Maurice, Albert, Adolphe, Wilfred, and Joseph Roberge and Doris Maurice.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:30am from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. No. Smithfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in St. Josephs Church Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Pascoag. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 5pm until 8pm.
