BURRILLVILLE- Eileen Cahill, 91, died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket.
Born in Mapleville, she was the daughter of James and Della (Fournier) Cahill.
Eileen was a lifelong resident of Burrillville. She worked as a housekeeper at Zambarano Hospital and as a mender in area mills.
Eileen is survived by her loving family, Sister M. Blandina Cahill of Cumberland, a sister-in-law Claire Cahill, a brother-in-law Raymond Nerbonne and seventeen nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Raymond, Robert and Leonard Cahill, May McCabe, Theresa Desjarlais, Dorothy Nerbonne and Margaret Lataille.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011 from the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag with visitation from 9 - 10:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Burrillville. In lieu of flower donations may be made in her name to, Overlook Nursing Home Activity's Fund, 14 Rock Ave. Pascoag 02859, or Mount St. Rita's Health Center, 15 Summer Brown Rd., Cumberland, RI 02864.
