J. Michael DaLomba

WOONSOCKET- J. Michael DaLomba 45, of Shannock RI, died Friday in RI Hospital. He was the husband of Laura (Hurteau) DaLomba.
Mr. DaLomba was born in Pawtucket, a son of Julio and MaryElizabeth "Beckie" (Ashburn) DaLomba. Though he was a Shannock resident for the last thirteen years, he was raised and schooled in Woonsocket.
He was formerly a teacher in the States of Florida and Rhode Island, before establishing his own handyman business.
Mr. DaLomba was an avid runner, who also enjoyed cooking. His main love was spending time with his family and friends. He also delighted in his dogs; Reeses, Chewy, and Dexter.
Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by a brother John DaLomba of Uxbridge, and two sisters; Rhonda Paquette of New Boston, NH, and Christyna Bousquet of Burrillville, as well as his many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday 4-7 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St, Woonsocket. A prayer service will begin in the funeral home at 7:00PM.
