Robert E. Croteau

Robert E Croteau 73, of St. Joseph St. died Thursday at Trinity Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of the late Lucille A. (St. Germain) Croteau. Born in Woonsocket ,he was the son of the late Ernest and Alice (Lacroix) Croteau. Bob was an auto body repair man for the former Lacroix Auto Body in Providence for twenty years, he had previously worked for UniRoyal for sixteen years. He served in the National Guard. He is a graduated of RI Trade Shop School. Bob was an avid Bingo player and also a Bingo Caller at Precious Blood Church for twenty years.

He is survived by two sons Robert N. and Brian Croteau, and three daughters Debra Williams and Linda and Shirley Croteau all of Woonsocket, five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was also the brother of the late Lucille Peloquin.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday 5-8 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers the family will except donations. Please visit www.fournierandfournier.com for guestbook and directions.
