Lucien A. Dubois

WOONSOCKET- Lucien A. Dubois, 93, formerly of Knight St., Woonsocket, died Tuesday evening at The Friendly Home. He was the husband of the late Irene (Cabana) Dubois.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Aristide and Ovida (Chevrette) Dubois. He was a lifelong resident of the city.
Mr. Dubois served in the Army during WWII. He was in the European and African Theatre and was an MP in the 1326th Service Command Unit.
Following his service to his country, Lucien was employed at Webster Sterling Company and also at Univis Frame Inc., both in North Attleboro, for many years before retiring in 1980.
He is survived by a brother Arthur Dubois, and his wife Edna, of Woonsocket and was the brother of the late Rita Wood.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements are by the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket.
