LINCOLN- Lionel W. Lange, 73, of Old River Rd. died Wednesday in the Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Madeleine (Dancause) Lange.
Born in Woonsocket he was the son of the late Wilfred and Lucienne (Perron) Lange. He resided in Lincoln for the past 11 years.
He was employed as a meat cutter by the Star Market Co., now a part of the Shaw's chain for 40 years at various area stores until his retirement.
He was a communicant of St. Ambrose Church, Albion.
Besides his wife he leaves three children, Donna Jordan of Uxbridge; Michael Lange of Tulsa, OK and Stephen Lange of Northbridge, MA. Two step children, Lisa Leclerc and Keith Minchillo both of Woonsocket. Mr. Lange also leaves 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Ambrose Church, School St., Albion. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. Burial will be private. Directions/guestbook:
