WOONSOCKET- Jeannette H. (Landry) Beauchesne 86, passed away Friday, October 14, in the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Arthur Beauchesne Sr.
She was born in Franklin MA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Florence (Morrel) Landry.
She grew up in Franklin, and moved to North Smithfield at the time of her marriage, where she lived most of her life. In 2001 she moved to the Friendly Home.
Mrs. Beauchesne was an assembler at Uniroyal for a number of years before taking a position at Amprex as a laser trimmer, and assembler, retiring in 1989. She was a communicant of St. John's Church in Slatersville.
She is survived by a son Arthur Beauchesne Jr. and his companion Debbie Bissonnette, a granddaughter Harmony Bissonnette, and a great granddaughter Emily Bissonnette. She is also survived by a brother Fredrick Landry of Franklin, and a sister Margaret Grell of Wichita, KS. She was also the sister of the late Raymond, Edward and Paul Landry.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00AM from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM in St. John's Church, Slatersville. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, from 4-7PM.
