WOONSOCKET- Donna L. Ashton, 63, of Elm St., died Sunday, October 16, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket.
Born in Northbridge, MA, she was the daughter of Louise (Lavallee) Ashton of Uxbridge, MA and the late John L. Ashton.
She was a member of the American Legion Oliver Ashton Post 343, Whitinsville and the Burger King Club of Whitinsville. She loved lighthouses and was also a diehard fan of the Boston Red Sox.
Besides her mother, she is survived by three daughters, Laura Stern wife of Scott Stern and Jennifer Feliz, both of Woonsocket and Angela Keola wife of Bounmy Keola of Hartford, CT, four sisters, Sandra Pererson wife of Ludwig Pererson, Brenda Scroggins wife of Jamie Scroggins and Cindy Daltorio and Tina Paul, eleven grandchildren, Ricky Gagne, Kayla Vargas, Randy Cyphers, Jr., Erik and Leonardo Feliz, Kailee Keoninh, Kaiyavong, Khamfong, Tommy, Brandon and Lasay Keola, two great grandchildren, Tyler Vargas and Blake Gagne and many nephews and nieces. Also her Best Friend Rita La Croix.
Donations in her name to the Jimmy Fund.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket.
