NO. SMITHFIELD- Clayton "Butch" L. Wilson, Jr., 61, of Homestead Ave., died Friday, October 21, 2011 at home. He was the husband of Carol (Hewitt) Wilson of No. Smithfield.
Born in Franklin, MA, he was the son of the late Clayton L. and Elizabeth (Caramo) Wilson, Sr.
Mr. Wilson worked as a painter for several local businesses for many years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his step-mother, Barbara Wilson of Post Mills, VT, a son, Keith Mako of White River Junction, VT, four brothers, Bruce Wilson of Bellingham, MA, Gerry Wilson of Woonsocket, Roy Wilson of Wilder, VT and Jay Wilson of White River Junction, VT, three sisters, Linda Collard and Doreen Brown, both of Woonsocket and Daren Wilson of West Fairlee, VT and a granddaughter, Baillie Mako. He was the brother of the late Kevin and Steven Wilson and Donna Meyers.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 12-2PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. Memorial contributions may be made to Odyssey Hospice, 2374 Post Rd., Suite 206, Warwick, RI 02886.
