BURRILLVILLE - Winifred G. (Galloway) Letendre, 98, of Pascoag, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of the late Milton Letendre.
Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late John and Agnes (Skirrow) Galloway.
Winifred, along with her husband, operated a poultry farm for many years. She was a life member of the Burrillville Senior Citizens.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Paine and her husband Bob of Pascoag, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Candace Letendre of Pascoag. She was predeceased by a son, Raymond Letendre, a daughter, Donna Letendre, three brothers, Frank, John and Harry Galloway and five sisters, Annie Martin, Hilda Leduc, Phyllis Pollard, Elizabeth Ericson and Doris Langlois.
Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 at 9 AM in the Community Baptist Church, Church St. Pascoag. Burial will follow in Pascoag Cemetery, Main St. Calling hours will be Friday from 6 to 8 PM in the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Please omit flowers.
