Alice M. Forcier

CUMBERLAND- Alice M. Forcier, 95, of Cumberland, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2011 at the Holiday Retirement Home, Manville.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and Adeline (Smith) St. Laurent.
Alice was raised by her father and stepmother Leopoldine (Turcotte) St. Laurent.
In 1938 Alice married Zenon Forcier and in 1951 they moved to Cumberland where she resided until entering the Holiday. She worked for many years at Woonsocket Hospital. Zenon passed away in 1968. She is survived by two children, Donald Forcier and his wife Bridget of Fairfax, Virginia and Claire Bolduc and her husband John of Gales Ferry, Connecticut, a sister Janet Balch of Germansville, PA, three grandchildren, Renee Herndon, Jill Robinson, and David Bolduc; eight great grandchildren, Matthew, Madeline, Brad, Elizabeth, Hank, Vivian, Natalie, and Caroline, and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Wilfred St. Laurent. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 10AM in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 3357 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will be in Saint Jean The Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements by O'Neill Funeral Home, Cumberland. www.rifuneral.com
