BURRILLVILLE- Claire V. Dominique 85, resident of Pascoag passed away December 2, 2011 at the Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was the wife of the late Philbert Dominique.
She was born February 14, 1926 in Oakland RI, a daughter to the late Henri & Alma (Rondeau) Rivet.
Claire worked in area textiles. She was a lifelong Burrillville resident.
She is survived by three children Leo Dominique of VA, and Russell Dominique of Providence, and Claire Marcotte of Pascoag, six grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, sisters, Mrs. Anita Jarvis of No. Grovsnerdale CT, Miss Marie T. Rivet of Pascoag, Mrs. Rose Morris of Warwick, Mrs. Lucille Ducharme of Mapleville, Mrs. Delia Soucy of Lincoln, and Mrs. Muriel Trinque of Enfield CT, brother Mr. Roland Rivet of TN.
She was preceded in death by her son David Dominique, brother, Robert Rivet, and sister Eva Soucy.
Her funeral will held Monday at 9:30am from the Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy. Oakland with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Josephs Church Sayles Ave. in Pascoag. Burial will follow in St. Patricks Cemetery in Pascoag. Calling hours will be held prior to the mass from 9:30am until 10:30am.
