WOONSOCKET - Pauline C. (Leclerc) Ferschke, 80, of Dexter St., died Friday, December 2, 2011 in Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the wife of Roger Ferschke, whom she married November 11, 1953.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Alpherie and Cecile (Lemay) Leclerc.
Mrs. Ferschke was a homemaker. In her earlier years, she was an active volunteer for the former Our Lady of Victory Church and most recently for All Saints Parish.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons, Louis and John Ferschke of Woonsocket, Marc Ferschke of Lisbon, NH and Paul Ferschke of Cumberland, two daughters, Denise Ferschke of Woonsocket and Carol Lebrun of Blackstone, one brother, Charles Leclerc of Woonsocket, ten grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was the mother of the late Jules Ferschke and sister of the late Rene and Maurice Leclerc.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 9AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in All Saints Community Church, 323 Rathbun St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, West Wrentham Rd., Cumberland. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5-8PM.
