BURRILLVILLE- Yvette Altomari, 84, resident of Nasonville, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011, at Overlook Nursing Home in Pascoag.
She was born on October 19, 1927, daughter of the late Emile and Marie Louise (Bouley) Tousignant. She was the former owner and operator of Yvettes Discount Shoe store.
Yvette is survived by 3 daughters- Jeanne Pimental, Charlene Ross and Marie Picard, all of Burrillville, as well as 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving and caring husband of 56 years, Gilio Altomari, who passed away on June 25, 2009, as well as 2 brothers- Roger and Gerald Tousignant.
Her funeral will be held Friday, December 16, at 10AM from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd, No. Smithfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM in St. Theresa's Church, Dion Dr., Nasonville. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, December 15 from 5-8PM.
