DANIELSON, CT- Gerald E. Thiebault, 61, of Danielson, died Monday, December 12, 2011 at home after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 17 years, Shirley A. (Rousseau) Thiebault; and four stepchildren, Robert, James, Melissa and Kelly Abram.
He was born in Woonsocket, RI, a son of Edward and Gertrude (Durand) Thiebault.
He graduated from Woonsocket High School in 1968 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant College in North Smithfield, RI.
Mr. Thiebault worked as a construction superintendent for the Cardi Corporation in West Warwick, RI before retiring in 1990. He was an avid sportsman and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.
A service will be held at noon on Thursday, December 22, in the chapel of Saint Jean the Baptist Cemetery in Bellingham, MA. There are no calling hours. Donations in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster, MA
