CHEPACHET- Robert J. Sadlier 70, resident of Putnam CT, died December 22, 2011 Bayberry Commons in Pascoag.
He was the loving husband to Christine (Hardy) Sadlier.
He was born in Webster MA on April 17, 1941, son of the late James & Beatrice (Rivers) Sadlier.
Robert worked many years for the C & J Forms Co. for many years, a resident of Chepachet for most of his life.
Besides his wife he is survived by daughters, Robin Duhaime Ridgeway SC, Brenda Sadlier of Chepachet RI, Karen Sadlier of Bath NH, Kathy Sorensen Chepachet RI, and, Stephanie Ramirez of Slatersville RI, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren, sisters, Mary Hudson of Kelso WA, Jeanne Giblin of Warwick RI, Marion Collins of Providence RI, and Margaret Traverso of Middletown CT.
He was preceded in death by his sister Ann Rivers and, brother Lloyd Mathewson.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 8:30am from the Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy. Oakland with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Eugene's Church in Chepachet. Burial will follow in Acotes Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday from 3pm until 8pm. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Eugene's Church 1251 Putnam Pike Chepachet RI 02814.
