WOONSOCKET- Jennie G. (Gyzrb) Dupuis, 92, of Providence St, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in the Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph "Nel" N. Dupuis.
Born in Millville, MA she was the daughter of the late Pieter and Agnes (Cox) Gyzrb.
Jennie worked for twenty five years for the former Stamina Mills in Forestdale. She was a Past-president and member of the Emblem Club #27.
She is survived by her son, Nelson "Butch" Dupuis of Woonsocket, as well as three grandchildren, Marc and Wayne Jarret and Debra Gabrielson and two great-grandchildren, Amanda and Andre Jarret. She was pre-deceased by her daughter, Joan Jarret of Blackstone, MA one brother and six sisters.
Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9:00am from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket with a 10:00am Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Family Church, S. Main St, Woonsocket. Burial will take place in St Jean the Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Calling hours are Thursday, 5-8pm.
